The diligent practice of Narayana Ayyappan’s Yoga is bound to transform you, through a journey into your very core. It is the only exercise form, if one may call it that, that along with the physical brings in the mental state of calmness and peace of mind.
Narayana Ayyappan takes a Hatha Yoga contemporary style to his True India Yoga classes, suitable for all levels from beginners to more established Yoga enthusiasts.
